Shipping
Once your order is shipped you will receive an automated email to let you know its on its way. Sometimes your order will be split i.e. arrive in multiple deliveries.
This is especially common if you have ordered some apparel items that will be printed to order, or if we send your order from multiple warehouse locations.
The automated shipment email will list what items have been shipped at that time.
Please allow 2 or 3 days extra delivery time in these busy times. Thank you!

Returns
It's no problem to return products or do a size change, this page will lead you through the proces.
1. Please fill in the return-form, it's a black flyer that came in the box with your order.
If you don't have the flyer anymore, don't worry! Then please leave us a note in the package. It must contain:
- Your name and order number
- The name and the size of the item(s)
- If you want to return it for exchange or money back
- If it's a size exchange, please note the new size.
2. Please send your item(s) back to us:

3. When we have received your retuned package, we will contact with you via email.
Shipment costs
For economic reasons and out of consideration for the environment, we must charge the cost of the return and exchange shipments.
This amount must be transferred to our account in advance via PayPal or bank transfer, only then we can ship out your exchanged product.

The exact shipping costs depends on the weight and the shipping address. You will receive the exact amount to be paid and payment details once the return package has arrived with us.
No product exchange. Just want your money back?
No problem! As soon as the package has arrived we will refund the money for the products to your previous selected payment method.
Please note: Returned products need to be in an unused and re-sellable condition and in the original packaging.
Is your package not delivered, product damaged or did we made a mistake?
We are truly sorry about that! In this case please mail us at shop@cerberus-strength.eu and we will find a solution together.
In any case, we will take care of all the upcoming shipping costs.
Please understand that if your package is not delivered, this mistake is most probably due to the high economic pressure in the shipment company’s.
But we will always help to make sure that in the end your product finds his way to you.
